In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the integrity of our asset management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for various asset classes such as roads, stormwater, paths, parks, buildings, and lighting.
As well as this, you’ll be collaborating with asset custodians to ensure that the asset data collected aligns with planning and operating requirements, making our asset management system the single source of truth.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Knowledge and understanding of International Standard, ISO 55001, Requirements for Asset Management.
- Completion of one or more IPWEA Asset Management certificates (or relevant experience) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in asset management, including undertaking inspections and condition audits.
- Experience in the use of computerised Asset / Facilities Management Systems.
- Experience in the use of financial systems, including raising requisitions and paying invoices. (Technology One would be advantageous).
- Experience developing MS Power BI reports.
- Experience with spatial systems such QGIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation and report writing.
- Knowledge of data analysis an advantage.
- Sound time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in successful stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Current C class Driver’s Licence.
- Local Government experience.
