We are seeking an
**Analyst **to join the Trade Support team within Investment Operations at Praemium. You will build upon your current trade support knowledge and gain exposure to multiple tasks across the Investment Operations space in this position.
You will gain global market experience, working with great peers, as we disrupt the funds and investments management industry by pioneering platform innovation and supporting advisers with our in-depth knowledge and capabilities to support their value proposition to their clients.
Core activities will include:

- Trade related processing - checks, analysis, generating orders, order management, managing trade settlements and fails
- Front Office relationships - Suppliers, Investment Managers, and counterparty liaison
- Tech automation work + UAT responsibilities
- Reconciliations - Daily checks, investigations, and resolutions
- Ad hoc account administration
- Managed funds - settlements and allocation
- Corporate Action related tasks

**Experience, qualifications and attributes sought after**:

- 2 years minimum experience from previous roles in Investment Operations, Custody environment or Wrap platform
- A good understanding of Financial Markets and the trade life cycle
- A strong desire to learn new skills/systems and develop yourself
- Proficient Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look ups with large volumes of data
- An understanding of Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) would be viewed favourably
- An understanding of Corporate actions would be viewed favourably
- Experience with Asset Transfers would also be viewed favourably
- A self-starter, team-player, problem solver and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working in a complex fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
