The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients — resolving support issues, guiding them on our platform, and helping them get the most out of their trading journey. This role is hands-on and proactive, with a strong focus on building relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to add value.
What You'll Do
- Support and guide clients using Trade View X.
- Resolve tickets and client queries quickly and professionally.
- Keep clients engaged with regular calls and check-ins.
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and refer to the sales team.
- Contribute to content and community (videos, profiles, events).

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and commercially aware.
- Self-motivated with high execution standards.
- Previous customer service experience is valued — training provided.
