Sydney, Australia GN Group Full time

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to manage the full function accounts receivable and accounts payable functions for the Australian business, and to support the finance team in meeting requests from Head Office and internal and external customers.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be joining a close knit, high performing team where you will be responsible for:
Accounts Payable AU- Setting up new supplier accounts- Ensuring all supplier invoices have appropriate approvals- Entering all local and overseas invoices in the system for payment- Processing of staff cash expenses and company credit card statements- Preparing weekly EFT payment run- Completing month end closing of ledger

Accounts Receivable AU NZ and SG- Setting up new customer accounts after completing credit check- Managing customer credit holds- Chasing customers for payment of accounts- Allocating daily payments to customer accounts- Distributing monthly customer statements- Completing month end closing of ledger

Bank Reconciliation (backup)- Completing daily bank reconciliation- Following up on any unallocated items on bank statement

Month End- Assisting with monthly customer rebate calculations- Assisting with month end accrual calculations- Assisting with month end balance sheet reconciliations- Assisting with month end SAP updates

Administration- Monthly ordering of stationery and office supplies- Ad hoc administration tasks as requested by Finance Manager
