**Position description**
An opportunity has become available for an Accounts Administrator to join Australia’s leading online NDIS health provider located in Sydney CBD close to public transport.

This role allows you to work in a fast-paced and close-knit team while offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. You will work closely with the Financial Accountant to ensure a high level of accounts and administration which will ensure the ongoing success of the business. This is best suited to someone having previous experience with NDIS accounts or administration using a clinical software package.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
- Debtor collections
- Code and generate invoices
- Data entry and database management.
- Ad hoc administration and finance support as required by the management and sales team.
- NDIS experience
- Cliniko software experience or similar clinic ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Sound data entry and administrative experience.
- Strong problems solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great communication skills
