Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Location: Richmond, Melbourne, Victoria

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and supervise the bar area, including inventory control, drink preparation, and staff coordination.
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Train, mentor, and schedule front-of-house staff to ensure peak performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and bar areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Full-time working condition
- RSA Certificate
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
