As a result of our organisation’s continued success and significant growth we have created the new, strategically important position of **National Operations & Quality Manager.**

This role will oversee the organisation’s operational and functional management, drive high performance brand-wide to achieve business objectives and build on our employer-of-choice culture.

**Flexible, hybrid working arrangements - this role can be based anywhere in Australia.**

**About you**
- A growth mindset, with proven experience in achieving business growth targets, profitability and quality advancements
- Strategic management experience as a senior leader with experience in workplace rehabilitation or related human services, insurance, health or business management field
- Advanced knowledge of worker’s compensation, health care, life insurance, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety markets legislation from a national perspective
- Commercial acumen and excellent financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve business challenges
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership expertise within large and dispersed teams

**The role**:

- Achieve year on year business objectives as per budget and strategic plan
- Successfully lead, support and develop a team of senior leaders
- Drive and maintain excellence in client service delivery and customer performance
- Facilitate a consistent high level of engagement across your talented team
- Measure and continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain all required quality and compliance metrics, and renewals with regulators and customers with respect to quality across service delivery
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement projects across the business

**Qualifications**:

- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor (preferable).
- Post Graduate business/commerce related qualifications (desirable)
