We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality support and care to clients in line with their individual needs and goals.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Valid driver’s license** and access to a reliable vehicle.
- **Current First Aid and CPR certification.**:
- **Valid Police Clearance.**:
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check.**:
- **Working with Children Check.**:
- **Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent.**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

**Eligibility**:
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Expected hours: 5 - 37 per week

- Monday to Friday

- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
