**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Front Office Clerk to join our respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to providing outstanding service.
In this role, you will perform a range of administrative tasks in alignment with our Ramsay Core Values, supporting both our customers and clinical teams.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will be a well-presented and proactive individual with:

- Confident making phone calls and answering phones
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or customer service setting
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands effectively

**You will also bring**:
- Previous medical reception and office clerk experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team

Our 60 bed hospital provides a comprehensive range of surgical and medical services to the Bayside community and beyond. We have three operating theatres, procedure room, day surgery unit and a high dependency unit.
The Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with over 70 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people.
