Customer Care Manager

This role is responsible for providing leadership and working collaboratively across the business to ensure customer feedback, compliments, complaints and enquiries are managed accordingly. You will be instrumental in ensuring I-MED consistently delivers high quality patient care and customer service and optimising the delivery of I-MED visions, values and brand promise, ultimately to drive revenue growth and market leadership.
You must be flexible in approach and calm under pressure with strong analytical ability in order to drive improved business performance and the achievement of overall goals and targets.
Flexibility for the role to be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

**Key accountabilities include**:
- Working collaboratively with the Business Unit and clinic managers to ensure all customer complaints, compliments & enquiries are managed and resolved professionally and effectively
- Managing the monitoring, analysis, feedback and reporting of Customer Complaints and Comments across the Network
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote and support initiatives designed to improve engagement and culture
- Contributing to the development and management of effective regional and clinic teams by providing support for leaders and promoting collaboration, cooperation and teamwork
**Key selection criteria**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer care management role
- Experience working in a similar role in healthcare services environment desirable
- Proven strong customer service focus
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow processes
