Project Coordinator

Are you a natural problem solver who loves connecting people, managing moving parts, and seeing projects through from idea to delivery? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Business Project Manager across a range of digital operations, technology rollouts, and business-wide initiatives.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will:

• Support end-to-end project management — from planning and ideation through to delivery and post-launch hypercare.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, ensuring clear alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in mapping project timelines, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (including Ecommerce, Retail, and IT) to understand business needs and identify how new technologies can drive efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners (such as marketplaces and software vendors), facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Support the development and maintenance of system infrastructure documentation, process records, and implementation guides.
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues escalated through the project lifecycle, ensuring effective solutions and follow-through.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of systems, platforms, and business functions within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering great business outcomes.
• Enjoy problem solving and collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Bring experience in a retail setting, ideally with exposure to ecommerce, ERP, or supply chain systems.

Highly regarded experience includes:

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce, ERP, or retail platforms.
• Previous experience working in a project coordination or operations role within a retail or digital business.
