The Agility Enablement Partner is responsible for leading the transformation of work practices across nbn, accountable for the driving and embedding of scaled modern work practices and disciplines across the entire organisation. In doing this, the role will assist EGMs/GMs and initiative sponsors to achieve measurable improvements in the value delivered by capital investment, with a focus on the highest priority enterprise initiatives delivered by large, cross-functional teams.

Please note that this role will be a 2 year (24 month) Fixed term position.

A bit about your role

The Agility Enablement Partner will have a broad range of expertise including Agile frameworks, Human Centred Design principles, Lean, Six Sigma and Systems Thinking. Using an enterprise lens to problems they support senior executives, business units and initiative teams they are coaching to design practical and pragmatic solutions and proposals.

The Agility Enablement Partner will be required to build relationships and trust which is a key attribute of the role, as is the ability to leverage all core competencies including coaching, mentoring, facilitating, teaching and technical/business mastery. Transformation and change management expertise is required as is the ability to work in a team of likeminded coaches sharing common goals and objectives.

The Agility Enablement Partner is viewed as an experienced continuous improvement partner and an expert in the values and principles that are foundational to building high performing individuals and teams, and a sustainable and enjoyable work environment.

A bit about you

Proven experience of the theoretical basis of facilitation and other soft skills and techniques, and the ability to communicate that to an audience, including senior executives, coupled with experience of leading teams of matrixed people.

In addition, you will be a self-starter who can use initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve results and outcomes without close guidance. The ability to break through old assumptions and thrive on change.
