About the Role
You’ll work closely with other Agile delivery leads, Stream Leads, Workstream Delivery Lead and the Program governance team to establish a delivery cadence, manage interdependencies and schedule, and work tirelessly to remove blockers to migration. You’ll alert the Program to slippages and have your eye on the critical path, inputting into reporting and metrics for our senior stakeholders. While the role is aligned to PMO/Governance, your mandate is to outcomes. To this end, you’ll be deeply engaged with delivery partners to improve delivery in addition to ensuring delivery governance/PMO requirements are met. You will additionally [together with peers] be embellishing and improving program governance assisting with identifying and tracking and reporting on key milestones and dependencies, risks/issues for your allocated workstream(s).
You are expected to balance the principles of Agile delivery with the waterfall nature of a large multi-year Program with complex moving parts. You will assist workstream leads with elaborating plans and facilitating backlog grooming for respective workstreams and then taking the outputs and working towards big room planning for the whole workstream, engaging with the cross-workstream lead to integrate these milestones into an integrated plan. The role works closely with the product owners and initiative leads of each stream to curate backlog, prioritise and sequence delivery of the major milestones as per the integrated plan.
As part of this role, you will work closely with Workstream Delivery Lead and ADLs to understand cross stream dependencies and helping bring up cadence and discipline of using ways of working and tooling.

What will your day look like?
**Your responsibilities include**:
Work closely with the Workstream Delivery Lead and Agile Delivery leads to facilitate the implementation of migration delivery roadmap, using the concepts of lean and agile.
Enable the workstream team members to identify risks and issues, raising them in their respective forums and making sure tooling is used for the same.
Facilitate workstream workshops, backlog planning and gain input from stakeholders to update dependencies, milestones status, root causes for delays and document path-to-green.
Proactively Identify trends or potential slippages and report these to the Leadership Team
Proactively Identify gaps and opportunities to improve reporting governance and dependency management.
Driving continuous improvement by coaching them through iteration and test and learn cycles.
Problem solving and clearing obstacles from the workstream’s path of delivery.
Support the ADLs and Workstream leads with proper reporting of inter dependencies
Mature the process of Change request management, engage in tooling implementation
Identify the process optimisation opportunities, which helps unblock delivery challenges
- Implementation of processes and tools across various teams, helping them uplift their capability
Ensuring they live agile values and principles and follow the processes and practices that they agreed they would use, and helping the squad continuously reflect on their stated purpose and objectives.

Embedding strong foundations in agile and lean principles, with working experience across methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and design thinking and HCD.

Bring uniformity in ways of using collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.) across workstream(s), collaborating with other stream leads and Agile delivery leads where required.
