About the Role
The Marketing Specialist, SEM APJ role will build international awareness and lead-gen through paid search. We seek a tactical, hands-on specialist focused on using search engine marketing to acquire new customers and support business initiatives. This role will report to the Manager, Digital Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities- Scale and optimize SEM as part of a multi-channel, cross-segmented digital marketing engine against quarterly regional performance targets in APJ.- Hone digital efforts through localization, aligning with regional priorities.- Accurately forecast channel performance and work closely with regional and business owners to communicate efforts and align on regional needs.- Coordinate with Field Marketing, SEO, Global Campaigns team, and Product Marketing Managers to optimize search campaign strategies related to targeted topics.- Manage pacing and budget realization for paid search campaigns.
What You’ll Need- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.- Digital marketing practitioner with proven tactical experience in driving demand through SEM for initiatives in APJ for English and non-English speaking regions.- Hands-on digital marketing experience in SEM engines preferably for B2B SaaS or ecommerce.- A strong desire to collaborate in a supportive and accountable environment.- Ability to skillfully and confidently grow the search function to support company revenue and growth targets.- Experience in SA360 or Yahoo Japan is a plus.- Familiarity with working with digital analytics tools; including Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and attribution tools.- Comfort and experience successfully communicating across large complex organizations, including peers and business stakeholders.
