**Your Impact**:

- Work closely with leadership to create the APJ Events Strategy, elevating the SolarWinds brand and meeting business objectives
- Act as an APJ lead, providing regional support, managing key stakeholders and presenting to leadership
- Manage event delivery, from scoping to execution, in partnership with internal SolarWinds teams and local agencies
- Work cross-functionally with channel leadership and SolarWinds execs to deliver PABs (partner advisory boards) and Partner Summits for APJ
- Define Enterprise and GSI event strategy, delivering exclusive events and roundtables for decision makers and CIOs
- Work across PR and AR to maximize media opportunities and event coverage
- Deliver innovation to the overall events program and approach on a continuous basis
- Report on event performance, including leads, pipe, bookings + ROI

**Your Experience**:

- 7+ years in event management or similar, preferably in a tech environment
- Strategic + commercial mindset
- Self-starter, with strong priority management
- Analytic acumen
- Exemplary stakeholder management
- Agile, with a collaborative and curious mindset
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Highly skilled communicator with strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
