About the role
As the National Clinical Lead - Medical Educator Professional Development, you will lead the development and delivery of a professional development program for medical educators, supporting their induction, skill enhancement, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the National Deputy Director of Training, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to curate and create training content that aligns with GP training program needs.
As our National Clinical Lead - Medical Educator Professional Development, you'll also:
Develop and implement a spiral curriculum and professional development programs for medical educators.
Evaluate and enhance content delivery, ensuring alignment with GP training program requirements.
Collaborate on medical education activities at RACGP conferences and publications.
Provide leadership to achieve key performance outcomes and foster a culture of quality and inclusiveness.
Skills & Experience
Senior medical educator experience with FRACGP or equivalent.
Expertise in designing educational content.
Demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
