Your role will be to drive digital transformation and data integrity initiatives by ensuring the optimal use of health information systems and leading system upgrades within the clinical funding domain. You will leverage advanced analytical skills with tools like PowerBI and Mirus Metrics to interpret complex clinical and financial data, generating crucial insights to inform strategic decisions. You will also shape the strategic direction and national frameworks for AN-ACC reviews and financial optimisation across all homes.A core responsibility is to champion national excellence by leading and supporting a national team of Aged Care Assessment Managers and Assessors, while serving as the Compliance Architect who oversees the integrity of all Medicare and AN-ACC funding processes and documentation to meet strict regulatory requirements. You will forge strategic partnerships, collaborating closely with clinical, operational, and finance teams and representing SVC in regulatory and external forums to ensure funding directly supports a resident-centred care approach.This is a permanent full time position based in any of our Group Head Offices in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne on a hybrid working arrangement.
