**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A strategic restructure has created an opportunity for a Client Centric Leader to further enhance Specialist Service Delivery Operations in New South Wales.

**THE ROLE** - You will:

- Manage the Loss Prevention service delivery for key sites across NSW
- Directly manager Site Co-ordinators and
- Oversee circa 300 staff in delivering excellence in service to customers
- Comply with WHS Policies and regulatory requirements
- Onboard new clients through delivery implementation
- Lead recruitment initiatives for delivery staff
- Liaise with National Peers in identifying and delivering best practice
- Liaise with Divisional line managers around specialist requirements
- Report Directly to the National Operations Manager, Asset Protection
- Deliver Operational Reporting
- Identify areas for continuous improvement

**YOUR BACKGROUND** - You will:

- A background in facility or security services, ideally in retail, loss prevention
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in forging respectful and commercial, customer, executive and industry, relationships
- Capabilities in identifying and securing growth opportunities
