The Role
The principal purpose of the role is to provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers to facilitate the comprehensive delivery and support of the RME solution. Critical to the success of this role is building a firm relationship with RM clients, a solid understanding of the RME product and the development of accurate documentation for all solutions developed.

**What you'll do**:

- Work with RM customers to scope, design, and build RME eForms, Workflows, Reports and other configurable items
- Participate in testing activities and work with customers to triage and resolve issues and defects raised on previously delivered work
- Take responsibility for the documentation of all delivered work, including the management of Jira tickets and participation in development sprints
- Prepare for and facilitate training sessions in various settings for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct meetings and workshops with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate the development and implementation of the RME product

**What you'll bring with you**:

- Enthusiasm, passion and positive attitude
- Ability to demonstrate commercial experience (1-3 years' experience) in a similar role as IT Help Desk/Support, Consultant, Junior Software Developer
- Experience working in software development and/or implementation, as wells as with relational databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server
- Knowledge of or experience working in the Australian education and/or research sectors would be advantageous.
