An exciting opportunity for a superstar receptionist to join our busy health clinic and gym in North Sydney. The role is available is a permanent part time for approximately 20 hours per week.

The Receptionist role involves:

- Providing exceptional customer services to our clients in support of them achieving their treatment goals
- Providing support to the professional services team which includes physiotherapists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, personal trainers and wellness coaches to enable them to provide a high level of care
- Completing administration tasks such as appointment bookings and billing with a high level of accuracy to ensure business policies and procedures are followed

You will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and confidence to relate to a diverse range of people
- A positive, personable and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment and support multiple team members
- Ability to take ownership of your work, prioritise and multi-task to achieve work required in a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-manage tasks in a productive and diligent manner
- Proficient computer skills, office, word and excel, accurate typing and grammar
- Previous experience in health care - physiotherapy or similar administration highly regarded (including use of cliniko software)
- Availability to work from Mon
- Fri between 6.30am - 8pm (predominantly afternoon shifts required) and Saturdays from 8am - 2pm.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
