**Your Opportunity**
- Controlling the number of aged delinquent accounts and overdrawn saving accounts through inbound and outbound calling
- Producing default notices and other regular communications within the required time frame
- Monitoring credit facilities for restructure, write off (within DLA), and escalating where needed
- Assess and make recommendations to manage hardship cases
- Complying with relevant regulatory obligations and utilising technologies for accurate record keeping

**Your Profile**

You are a detail-oriented and customer focussed Collections professional with a sound understanding of relevant legislation. With exceptional communication skills, you consistently work to negotiate sustainable outcomes for the business while maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with members. You thrive in a busy, results-focussed environment, demonstrating motivation to work effectively in a team environment and independently where needed. Flexible to work a rotating roster with a span of hours of 8am - 6pm.
