**What you'll do
The Chapter Lead will report to the Head of Experience Management & Ops in the Enablement Domain and will be responsible for managing the Product Content & Data chapter, leading team and outcomes across products & customer touchpoints for Digital Platforms and eCom, aligned with the Plan & Shop Domain.

As a Leader-Contributor you will also play an important role working alongside your Chapter members to achieve the mission of their squads.

**What you'll bring
- 7+ years Product Content, Product Data and Search experience, along with 2 years in direct or indirect team leadership roles
- Ability to effectively engage with and influence senior internal and external relationships
- Experience in the development and delivery of product content and data solutions for BAU functions and portfolio programs
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a team environment, Adobe suite experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Content Management Innovative and forward thinking data driven decision maker, focusing on enhancing our customer experience
