**eCom Operation Lead (Future Network)
**Purpose of the Role
The role sits within the eComX Operations team, reporting to the eCom Operations Chapter Lead for Future Network. In line with agile principles, this role will deliver outcomes for the Future Network tribe and Operating Model squads.

It will also give you direct exposure to senior leaders across our business, where you will need influence to achieve outcomes.

This role is a pivotal part of the team that delivers smart, efficient and best in class operating models for our CFCs, eStores and small scale fulfillment automation solutions.

This role uses extensive operational experience, whether from Supermarkets, Distribution Centers, Transport or CFCs, to shape the development of operational solutions to deliver the best outcome for our teams and customers; all within an agile environment.

In this role, not only will you be accountable for creating the operational design and flow of our future fulfillment initiatives, you will also influence & identify team capability requirements, contribute to organisational design & recruitment strategies, provide insight into training & change management material, and support all activities that relate to the go-live readiness of our future fulfillment solutions.

**About the Role
You will be accountable for:

- Timely completion of assigned deliverables
- Complex problem solving to ensure we are fit for purpose
- Designing and embedding operating models to successfully achieve desired operational KPIs in line with business expectations
- Providing operational influence to guide our product teams in their delivery
- Partnering with external automation companies, ensuring the operational needs of our business are being met
- Engagement and influence of leaders across the business
- Staying close to our eCom operations to ensure your knowledge is current and also to maintain a positive relationship with our CFCs and eStore teams.

What we are Looking for
- MS Excel and G-Suite skills
- Understanding of retail operations and logistics fundamentals
- Understanding of an agile working environment
- Open to working in hybrid and flexible working environment
- You have experience as an operational leader
- A hands-on operator with a comprehensive understanding of store tools, processes and ways-of working
- An understanding of online eCommerce operations
- Willingness to use data and insights to inform decision making
- An ability to work in an autonomous and self-directing environment
