Business Services Manager -Boutique Modern Firm - Inner South Suburb - $120-160K Package

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Services Manager with a medium-sized accounting practice close to the Airport. A great opportunity for someone living in the Eastern/Inner South Suburbs who is looking for an opportunity to work closer to home and avoid the daily commute into the City.

**Your new role**

Overseeing and managing the workflow of a team of staff, reviewing tax returns & financials including individuals, trusts, partnerships, companies & SMSFs

Assisting with tax planning and reviewing complex accounting situations.

Identify and mitigate tax risks

Interacting with clients and liaising with the ATO/ASIC/OSR regularly

Preparing, financial statements and BAS statements

Year-end compliance work

Any adhoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**

A minimum of 6 years business services experience within an Australian accounting firm at a senior level upwards

Strong technical skills, including small business CGT concessions, Division 7A, UPE's, FBT, GST, closely held trusts, business restructuring, international tax issues and deceased estates.

Ability to supervise and review staff

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A passion for accounting and an ability to think outside the box
