**About the Company**
This Agribusiness organization operates on a global basis and is a market leader within Australia. They have an extensive network of retail outlets as well as a significant B2B presence, leading to a complex supply chain. They are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join the team based in a facility in Greater Western Sydney.

**The Role**
Your role as a Warehouse Manager is an important function of the site and developing organisation. You will report to the National Supply Chain Manager with up to 8 direct reports as well as working closely with all pillars of the business.

The key responsibilities will be to manage operators and operations of the warehouses to ensure that all related matters concerning the storage, picking of orders, unloading and loading of trucks are carried out in an efficient, safe and timely manner, consistent with quality standards while maintaining a safe environment. To be successful in the position you will need to be hands on with the floor and can build connections with all levels of the business.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or a related field
- Knowledge of DG regulations with respect to Transport
- Strong on systems, and ideally has implementation experience
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence all levels of the business from the floor to managers.
