**We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Erskine Park team**

**The Role**

The Warehouse Operator is required to ensure all orders are packed accurately for customer or courier pick up & to ensure the warehouse is organised in a way which maximises efficiency and is safe and clear from obstacles.

**Key Duties**
- Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling and lifting materials; packing boxes; placing and moving orders in delivery area
- Communicate with customers and team members and ensure dispatching the right items as per the sale orders on time
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise according to organisational standards and work procedures (counter-balance forklift operation involved)
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, and ground or in bins according to organisational standards.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through the system.
- Assist in regular stock taking including counting of physical inventory.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, sweep, dust, and mop.
- Organise warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Wear the proper safety equipment and PPE
- Adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines set forth by the organisation

- Dependable, Reliable and Hardworking
- Experience in operating a Forklift
- Works well in team environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
