**Where's the role-based**:
We are about to open a brand new warehouse in the bustling city of Sydney, specifically in the suburb of Wetherill Park, New South Wales. Our new warehouse is poised to offer excellent opportunities for growth and development for our team members and customers alike.

**Who we are looking for**:

- An enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable individual, mature minded working on a full-time basis.
- Someone who demonstrates the drive to learn (this is the most critical aspect we're looking for), ambitious and willing to work in a warehouse setting.
- Someone physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when needed
- Someone who can work autonomously with minimum supervision.

**More about the role**:
The role is very unique in its own way; however, the majority of work will be based around:

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with Pacific Packaging Australia’s policies and procedures
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, picking, packing, loading and distribution
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Using Inventory Management Software for daily fulfilment tasks
- Manage and undertake stocktake when required
- Book freight for outbound orders.
- Serve walk-in customers and occasionally answer phone calls.
- General forklift operation work - planning, warehouse keeping and stock movement.
- Do deliveries in and around the Sydney Suburbs when required

**You must have**:

- Proven work experience working in a warehouse
- Current Forklift license
- Current Car license
- Efficient computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Australian working rights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (required)
