We are a leading supplier of building products and are currently seeking a Store person to assist in our store/warehouse operations in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person who is looking for a long-term career with a friendly, family orientated company with potential for career advancement.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Forklift operation (forklift license is a bonus)
- Receiving & Dispatching stock
- Picking and packing orders
- Maintaining and housekeeping of warehouse and store.
- Customer service (face to face and Telephone)
- Merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Working with the dispatch manager and sales staff in the store.
- Working in a safe manner.

**To be considered you will have the following**:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Current forklift license is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible work roster
- Good communication skills
- Positive can do attitude
- Looking for a career with development
- Hardworking with a hands on approach
- Computer literate
- Work at an even pace and maintain effective time management skills.
- Sound understanding of warehousing including stock control, receipting, picking, packing, invoicing and dispatch.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in their job
- General understanding of Work Health and Safety measures.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
