**What you’ll do**:
You will be joining a diverse team and supported by an experienced team leader where you will be provided with structured training for 3-4 weeks. There is an opportunity for growth & development including cross skilling across divisions where your flexibility to adapt will see you on the fast track to success.
**What are we looking for?**
- 1-2 years in a call center environment at a high volume level or data entry/administration background
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail. is a must.
- Comfortable following processes and procedures
- Willingness to learn
- Systems savvy
- Friendly and approachable.
**Extra points for any of the following**:
- Similar experience in Banking & Finance sector
- Proven experience in handling complaints will be looked upon favorably.
