**Join Our Growing Team as a Business Advisory Manager - Adelaide**

We're expanding As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a passionate **Business Advisory Manager**to join our dynamic Adelaide team.

At our Adelaide office, you'll enjoy a vibrant team culture that supports flexible working - whether from home or the office - and values collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of SME clients, providing expert support across a variety of complex and rewarding portfolios. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
- Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients
- Manage, coordinate and delegate client work to team members with an appropriate level of capability to ensure team targets are met
- Mentor and coach junior team members

You are someone with..
- Public Practice experience within a similar role
- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards
- A demonstrated hunger to grow and develop a long terms career
- Excellent commercial acumen
- At manager level, we are seeking someone with experience managing junior team members
