**Your new role**

As a Business Advisory Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Business Advisory Division. You will provide support and contribution to the Business Advisory Directors to achieve the strategic outcomes of the division. You will also be the point of contact for Business Advisory Division queries of a technical or people nature.

You will be in charge of various tasks for Business Advisory, such as communication, support, recruitment, training, compliance, software, clients, reporting and process improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**

We are looking for a manager with previous experience in a similar role in the professional services industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and mentoring skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team and independently, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

You will also have problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will be confident in presenting to small or large meetings, and maintaining your technical knowledge and keeping up to date with legislative changes and practices. You will be able to conduct research and provide detailed and precise information, and develop recommendations for improvements. You will be proficient using the following software: MS Office Suite, APS, Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks.
