**About the role at Reserve Bank of Australia**

You will report to the Head of Business Engagement, Human Resources and will join a team of 5 HR Partners, a HR Generalist, and a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants. You will work between 2 Sydney CBD offices surrounded by a flexible modern work environment, a place where you can focus on achieving great outcomes and performing at your best. You will be surrounded by capable, intelligent, and experienced people who are approachable and generous with their time.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
- Internal Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters
