Sitting within the Technical Services department, in the whole person impairment team; the Team Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to a large range of stakeholders, enabling EML to pro-actively manage claims effectively within the legislation and achieve compliance with set performance measures.

This will be a permanent position commencing immediately based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with medical appointments (including IMEs and PIAs), investigations, hospital reports and interpreter services in a timely manner
- Draft medical report requests and letters and follow up responses
- Contact providers for information (i.e. clinical notes, pathology/imaging reports) and conduct referrals
- Manage relevant team inboxes and respond to enquiries as required
- Uploading RTW plans and sending copies to stakeholders
- Make any assigned travel or accommodation bookings including contact with workers, employers and providers
- General administration duties like answering incoming calls, taking messages, managing basic enquiries, photocopying, faxing, binding and collating information when required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Advanced competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow
- Customer Service and/or Office experience
- Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
