**Your opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for **Contracts Coordinator **to join Scentre Groups National Facilities team.

Reporting to the Contracts Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing of our Operations & Environment Facilities’ contracts in accordance with the Procurement Procedures and Contract Administration Procedures. The role will ensure all contractors to Scentre Group assets are performing to their contracted obligations including safety and environment standards.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Timely preparation of tenders and contracts in accordance with Tender Letting Schedule.
- Letting and Administration of contracts in accordance with the Procurement Procedure.
- Invoice validation to ensure suppliers are invoicing and getting paid as per the Contract
- Ensure contractor performance by monitoring KPI and conducting compliance audits
- Prepare for review and sign-off, all contract tender recommendations.
- Ensure the Tender recommendation is approved by a senior manager, compliant with the Authority Matrix.
- Ensure all contracts and suppliers are formally engaged in accordance with the Procurement Procedures.
- Ensure the procurement process follows the Procurement Procedures and any diversion from the plan is to be escalated to the National FM Commercial Manager.
- Input to the Master Supplier Register any issues identified through supplier compliance

**What will set you apart from the rest?**
- Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services or Facilities Management.
- 3+ years’ experience in Contracts Administration on Facilities Maintenance Projects or Complex Design and Construct Projects. Demonstrating experience in the Procurement and Administration of complex Services / Maintenance / Asset Management contracts.
- Ideally proficient in the use of CMMS, Aconex, JDE and Converga P2P systems
