We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Contracts Management Coordinator to join BTS' Information Services Team. Reporting directly to the Vendor and Risk Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to support the contract management for the IS team. You will be required to provide admin support to contract owners, review/renew existing and upcoming contracts, perform analysis on the existing contracts to assist the team in aligning with the fiscal year budget, and offer opportunities for continuous improvement and automation to enhance the end-to-end contract management process.

On a day-to-day basis you will
- Be responsible for the administration of all contracts in the GWF IS Contracts Database consisting of almost two hundred (200) separate items
- Act as the key support contact for contract owners with vendor contract queries
- Utilise data analytics to compare previous year's cost, quantities, and exchange rates for vendor contracts
- Negotiate and consult with vendors on contract items where contract cost change doesn't match current budget

About you
- Certificate IV in Business Management is desirable
- A passion for building relationships, with strong written and oral communication skills to build effective connections with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Highly self-motivated with an analytical outlook and strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Curious and creative by nature, demonstrating learning agility whilst driving a continuous culture of improvement.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to self-prioritise to manage multiple tasks at once.
