Are you ready to take the reins and lead a game-changing retail media strategy? We’re evolving our business and looking for a Retail Media Manager to help us grow and revolutionise the way we connect with customers

As the Retail Media Manager, you’ll be at the helm of establishing, building and implementing our dynamic media strategy, driving revenue through physical and digital retail channels. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver customised campaigns that will take our customers on a journey like never before.

- A media sales pro with experience in media agency environments
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with a knack for building retail media programs from 0-1

**What you'll be doing**:
**Planning & Execution**
- Develop the Baby Bunting Retail Media Strategy aligned to the Long-Term Business Plan including establishing, building, leading and evolving the Baby Bunting Retail Media Program.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandise to identify new retail media opportunities & partnerships aligned to category business plans and overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective media campaigns ensuring all retail media supplier commitments are adhered including asset, channels and audience placements.
- Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Manage media planning, buying, and optimisation across all owned and paid channels including digital, print, broadcast, social media, website and in-store channels.
- Utilise retail media platforms and scheduling tools to plan and implement campaigns.Lead a team to assist in the delivery and success of the Baby Bunting Retail Media Program.

**Growth & Performance**
- Identify growth opportunities and supplier partners for inclusion in the program.
- Develop and pitch campaign packages aligned to supplier and business objectives to drive business revenue.
- Manage Retail Media P&L, forecast and sale pipeline including the management of media budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of budget and resources.
- Responsible of achieving retail media revenue targets
- Further build on the existing Retail Media model by identifying and testing new channels and streams of retail media income.

**Reporting**
- Analyse media performance data to measure effectiveness and optimise future campaigns.
- Work closely with Data & Analytics to enable campaign effectiveness and prepare campaign performance reports.

**About you**
- 10+ years in media planning, buying, and optimisation, with 5+ years in retail media.
- Experience building multi-channel media sales programs and selling digital media.
- Strong analytical skills, sales forecasting, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
