**A little about the Role**

As the Social Media Content Creator, you will produce highly engaging finished content for our social media channels with a customer centric focus. Your mission - should you choose to accept it, is to raise the profile and following of Vinnies Shops through the creation and management of Vinnies' social media content, primarily TikTok.

Travelling out to our various retail stores, you will work with our retail teams to plan, create and shoot content (video, reels and photography) for Vinnies Victoria’s TikTok and Instagram account. Get your groove on, collaborate with our volunteers and find those hidden treasures - it’ll be fun, we promise

**Other Responsibilities include**:

- Sourcing volunteer stories from our Vinnies Shop volunteer base and create profiles to share on social media;
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of a weekly social media calendar for TikTok;
- Assisting in the development of an influencer strategy;
- Exploring new social media trends to assist Vinnies Victoria in interacting with their target audience and create hype for our stores.

**A little bit about you**

We want someone who lives and breathes TikTok and all things social media. Knowing the latest trends to maximise our chances of going viral and taking the opportunities as they come. You will be someone who doesn’t shy away from the limelight and have the skills to get others involved.

With a 'can do' proactive attitude and positive team spirit, you can create and develop engaging multimedia content that engages with both current and future audiences. Passionate in all things digital, you have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, how to utilise them and strategies on how to grow following.

**More specifically you will have**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant social media experience, including expertise in creating content across multiple social media platforms eg Instagram, Facebook & TikTok;
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Proven experience creating and developing engaging multimedia content;
- Great attention to detail;
- Strong ability to problem-solve, create innovative solutions, and find a unique angles and styles for content.
