Are you a proven retail leader looking for your next challenge in a high-profile, fast-paced retail environment? We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a store within a leading Australian retail group.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing store, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations while shaping the culture and growth of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development
  • Drive operational excellence, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards across all areas of the store
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to maximise results

About You:

  • Experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager in fashion, footwear, or premium retail
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Results-driven with focus on sales, KPIs, and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Excited by the opportunity to make an impact in a flagship or large-format store
