**Your new company**
Dash Group are currently looking to appoint a committed Parks and Maintenance Officer providing a range of services within Park Maintenance.

**Your new role**
This role is a full time 3-month temp assignment with potential for extension, this could be a great opportunity to work within Local Government.

You will maintain grass reserves, upgrade, and rehabilitate garden beds and open space assets in accordance with service specifications and be multi skilled across parks maintenance activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in parks maintenance or other horticulture disciplines.
- Safe and competent operation of medium mechanical plant.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of applicable machinery, including the use of ride on mowers.
- Certificate in Horticultural or Environmental studies is desirable.
- ACUP - Agricultural chemical user permit
- Demonstrated ability in setting up roadside traffic management and the ability to follow an appropriate Traffic Management Plan.
- Ability to success pass a Police Check
