**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong portfolio of creative and artisanal baked goods.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and the ability to adapt and innovate.
- Passion for exploring new ingredients and flavors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
