**Bakers Delight Northbridge is** seeking a part time Baker who wants to work 1 to 2 days a week to join our team of passionate Bakers**.**

**As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for**
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Working together with other Bakers and the Bakery Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Assisting with stock control and production expenses
- Monitor and control the speed of production for timely preparation and quantity required
- Providing delightful customer service when required

**As a passionate baker, you will need to**
- Be a team player
- Have a genuine passion for baking
- Be used to starting work early
- Be comfortable working in a busy production environment
- Have high attention to detail and take pride in producing high quality products
- Love seeing customers enjoy their products
- Be able to follow processes and work consistently and quickly
- Be proactive in keeping a clean and organized workspace
- Have own transportation
