Role Description

Are you tired of irregular hours and shoft work? Are you a talented baker but your products aren't reaching a national or international consumers? Well this opportunity is for you

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team to contonue to bring market leading products to our customers across 16 international markets. The role is a full-time, on-site role for a Baker located in South Australia, Australia. The Baker will be responsible for daily mixing and batching operations, including preparing various doughs and development of new products aligned to our industrial sheeting line. Tasks will also involve maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring quality control, and adhering to the highest level of food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Bakery, Pastry and Baking
  • Proficiency in batching and dough preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and standards - GMP, HAACP and SQF systems
  • Commitment to ESG practices and Sedex systems
  • Passion for new product development and commercialisation of products on indistrial equipment
  • Understanding of Lean Manufactring peincipals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
