Our client a leader in financial services, is looking for a Program Lead with previous experience with payment platforms to oversee the delivery of key initiatives within the payments program.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the day-to-day management of the program and progress the program through the defined Project Management framework and governance process, and regularly provide reports
- Ensure that program and project issues and risks are managed according to the defined processes and corrective action is applied as required
- Lead the definition of projects and their interdependencies within the program, and monitor delivery to ensure objectives are met within time, quality, and budgetary constraints
- Effectively manage business change and transition by working with key stakeholders ensuring that the internal customer is engaged in the change management process
- Management of the program team ensuring tasks are allocated and delivered efficiently

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline
- Strong understanding of payment systems / platform
- Strong experience is large scale Program Management and track record in delivering complex programs within the payments space
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement and ensuring compliance to project governance frameworks and processes.
- Excellent Communication skills
