A fantastic opportunity to join nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as Program Lead within the Build | On Demand group reporting to the Executive Manager - Program Management Office. Joining a team of program delivery professionals, this is a national function critical to the delivery of complex programs of work across a multi-technology mix.

A bit about your role

As the Program Lead you will be required to provide overall support on complex multi-faced network design and construction programs across multiple delivery teams. This role will interface into key stakeholders within nbn, providing them timely information on program metrics, risks, and issues, whilst also acting as an SME to troubleshoot and resolve complex program issues.

The Program Lead will work closely with the Program Manager to help manage the day-to-day requirements, continually looking for opportunities to drive efficiencies within the Program. The successful individual will help deploy nbn infrastructure in line with nbn’s market objectives and obligations, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of the program.

A bit about you

Ideally, you will have experience in telecommunications and managing financial and operational aspects of a business. Your background will demonstrate strong data driven decision making methods, and you will use this highly developed analytical capability to effectively identify trends, risks and issues through data analysis and reporting.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as this will assist with being able to influence stakeholders across a range of audiences and technical landscapes. You will be motivated to assist stakeholders in understanding how you plan and operate to solve complex problems in conjunction with working with a variety of stakeholders.
