We offer high-quality and stylish home furnishings, providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Admin to join our team and support our growing operations.

The Sales Admin at Sofa and Soul plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes. You will support our showroom sales consultants, manage customer service inquiries, process sales and purchase orders, and contribute to inventory control. Your organized and proactive approach will be key in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage quotes for customers in coordination with the sales team.
- Train the team on product details and best practices.
- Oversee inventory setup and control, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Manage the uploading of item codes to Cin7 and Shopify.
- Support showroom sales consultants in achieving their sales goals.
- Maintain and update the operations manual to reflect current practices.
- Organize and maintain supplier information and working folders for ease of access.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and improve overall workflow.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems like Cin7 and eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
