
Reservations Coordinator

The Sand Hill Road family are on the hunt for a motivated, customer focused Reservations Agent to join the team
But not just any reservations agent. We're looking for an absolute legend to join our vibrant, passionate and dynamic team. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for actioning all reservation enquiries, allocating bookings to available and appropriate spaces. This role required to develop strong relationships with customers and venue teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from initial enquiry through to fruition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reservation enquiries in a personable and timely manner
- Coordinating reservations in line with venue standards and booking parameters
- Maintaining strong knowledge of Sand Hill Road venue offerings to maximize revenue
- Managing incoming calls
- Developing relationships and rapport with customers
- Clear and timely handover of booking requirements to venue teams
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Synchronization of booking & function software platforms
- Creating a positive booking experience
- Supporting the Functions and Events Sales team as required
- with admin tasks
This is a full-time salaried position of 76 hours per fortnight with required hours Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
