**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role is responsible for providing legal expertise and strategic leadership to the Family Law Division and its exceptional legal team, particularly in ensuring high quality legal work and services are delivered in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. The Manager will promote collaboration within the team and across the entire organisation to support the best and most comprehensive service provision to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. This role will also oversee the further development and continuous improvement of systems and processes, while implementing professional development and wellbeing programs in order to support staff and foster a culture of trust, diversity and safety.
