**Job Description** Oaks Brisbane on Felix Suites**offers stylish, self-contained accommodation with spectacular city and river views, right in the middle of Brisbane’s CBD. With a striking glass tower design, modern facilities, and a prime location near Eagle Street Pier, it’s a popular choice for both business and leisure travellers and an exciting place to grow your hospitality career.

We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Guest Service Agent** to join our friendly and professional front office team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver exceptional service to guests from check-in through to check-out
- Provide local knowledge and assistance to help guests make the most of their stay
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and payments using our property management system
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

**HIGA award rate**:

- $25.80 per hour (Monday to Friday)
- $32.25 per hour (Saturday)
- $38.70 per hour (Sunday)

**Qualifications**
- Experience in front office, guest service, or a customer-facing role (hospitality preferred)
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with hotel systems (such as Opera) is a plus
- Full working rights in Australia
