We are excited to announce an opportunity for a **Guest Services Agent** to join our dedicated team at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane.

**Role Overview**:

- As a Guest Services Agent, you will be _required to complete daily tasks including: processing guest check-ins, check-outs, assisting with guest requests, questions or concerns and escorting guests to rooms _at The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our guests receive high quality service and have their requests responded to._

**Who you are and what you need**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi task and prioritise jobs
- Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail
- You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster which will include working evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service position or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in working within a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in the Accommodation and Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
