About the RoleThe Performance Monitoring and Reporting team is looking for someone with strong quantitative analysis and communication skills, and extensive experience in working with data.As the Principal Statistical Officer, you will:
- have strong technical capabilities in scripting and data manipulation - primarily using SQL;
- use contemporary statistical and data science techniques to support analysis of performance data - primarily using R/R Studio;
- work collaboratively across the department to translate questions and requirements into meaningful analysis and reporting;
- concisely communicate analysis output to a wide variety of audiences; and
- create clear, reproducible and well-written reports with precise language and relevant visualisations.
